YOGASANA, PRANAYAMA AND TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION





       Transcendental Meditation (T.M.) based on the Unified Field of Technology of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi with Yogasanas and Pranayama and Science of Creative Intelligence are an important and regular part of the daily programme. This has been incorporated to improve the learning ability and exploit pupilís full mental potential. Experiments have proved beyond doubt that regular practice of Transcendental Meditation does improve learning ability, memory power, receptivity, power of expression, creativity and improves physical and mental health and social behavior.
